georgia's greek salad.

i am in love with this pasta salad. my mom always made this for us in the summer when we were little and it's the best. it's healthy, simple, and it holds up super well. i made it for a ward party a few months ago and again yesterday. it hits the spot every time.

here's the recipe:

1 box of whole wheat short pasta

1 can of med olives (whole)

1 carton of cherry tomatoes (halved)
2 big cucumbers (cut in bite size chinks)

1 carton of mediteranean feta

italian dressing

ranch dressing

cook the pasta according to directions. drain and let cool. add all of the veggies, feta, and equal parts italian and ranch dressings. mix and refrigerate until ready to eat!

mmm and add me some mediterranean feta too, and this salad's even better. i'm pretty sure you can have feta as long as it's pasteurized, kay. hurray for summer salads!
