my sister, emily, really got me hooked on mels kitchen cafe blog. everything i've made from her blog has turned out delish! her enchiladas made josh cry (true story).
anyways, last night josh took gus to mutual so i could have some kaylea time, so obviously i baked. baking with no interruptions is magical. it was so nice not to have to nurse while taking things out of the oven or crack eggs while bouncing a fussy baby. it's the little things in life, really.
i whipped up this amazing pumpkin cobbler recipe and it turned out perfect! the only thing i would do differently next time (because there will be a next time) is bake it in an 8x8 pan instead of a 9x13. i served mine with some homemade whipped cream and josh and i went to town on it. seriously, go make some yummy cobbler!
