breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so it needs to be filling and delicious. and prob healthy too. here's my fave way to start the day: a piece of toast {preferably great harvest honey wheat}, with a nice thick layer of peanut butter, followed by a few drizzles of honey, a couple of thin slices of apples, and a few raisins. best if served with a tall glass of ice cold vanilla soy milk. seriously, so yummy.
