(via)that mel, she's done it again. this cheesecake combines everything good in life. homemade cookie dough balls? check. cream cheese? check. chocolate teddy grahams? check. it's out of control. josh and i made this last night (well, mostly me because josh was on the hunt for a spring form pan and it took him like forever to get one so i was making this while playing/soothing gussy which made baking less therapeutic and more anxiety ridden. whatevs. i'm over it.) here's some things to remember if you bake this bad boy:
1. if using a 9" spring form pan, only use half of the cookie dough.
2. also, don't make cheesecake at 9 at night with a baby :)
